PIND BALLUCHI is the ideal place to satiate all your North Indian food cravings and transport you into the quintessential Pind of Punjab. The experience starts from the entrance itself where effigy of traditionally attired Sardar Ji is sitting on a Manji (traditional cot) and Durban (a janitor) in a typical Punjabi dress welcomes you with a 'Sat Sri Akal'. The traditional entrance doors, jharokhas, wooden chairs and lanterns add to the entire village setup along with the waiters of the restaurant who are attired in a traditional uniform.

Artificial Banyan Tree under the romantic and cozy moonlit sky effects, mud-plastered walls, jharokhas with dazzling hanging beads and bangles play a vital role in enhancing aesthetics of the restaurant. All the outlets are a fine example of balance where traditional and the modern design elements co-exist in natural harmony with five elements of nature: air, water, earth, fire and, ether. The open kitchen, which is a focal point of the restaurant, gives PIND BALLUCHI its heart and soul, and exudes a feeling of dining in a virtual food factory.

Delicacies available on the Menus of Pind Balluchi® are not cooked and served just like that. The signature dishes have their top-secret ingredients, historical background and methodology that determine their authenticity and heritage value. For instance, our Kebabs derive their origin from the Balluchi Kebabs borrowed from the traditional culinary art of the NFWP - Balluchistan. The dishes are specially curated to enrich them with the typical texture, flavour and taste that our wide loyal clientele base has loved over decades.

This is based on the premise that due to cultural change, trend of ordering from home seems to be getting the better of dining out. (Valid for 9 Years) + Royalty @ 7% of total sale will be charged monthly.

Pind Balluchi Grills and Platters

Cozy sitting area is required along with beautiful decoration, Buffet concept more than 75 items like Barbeque Nation and Pirates of the Grill; the more, the merrier is concept of this restaurant.

SERVICE BY FRANCHISOR

The main goal of the Pind Balluchi Fine Dining Restaurant chain is to stand in the first row and be ranked number one restaurant for its consumers in every market that Pind Balluchi serves.

Furthermore, Pind Balluchi does not specifically select the new cities it enters.

All Pind Balluchi restaurants are owned and operated by local business people, who choose the place for their Pind Balluchi restaurant.

The franchisee buys the right to run a Pind Balluchi franchised outlet.

A development team will work with the new entrepreneur to provide assistance in opening and kickstarting the operations of Pind Balluchi restaurant in a new market.

Pind Balluchi will continuously provide assistance to make sure that the franchisee gets all the basic information structure and professional support whenever required.

Training. Before opening a Pind Balluchi restaurant, the franchisee has to take part in an intensive one-week Orientation Training.

Site Selection. Pind Balluchi will extend help as an expert to the franchisee in securing a suitable location for the new Pind Balluchi restaurant.

Restaurant Design. Pind Balluchi provides the franchisee Floor Plans, Concept & Design prepared by an experienced team of architects and kitchen designs for the specific location.

Equipment Ordering. Pind Balluchi provides list or vender for supply of the equipment that the franchisee will need to run the business.

Access to product formulas & operational systems. Pind Balluchi offers training courses and information resources.

Products. Pind Balluchi will provide the packaged convenience food & gravies to be used at the Express kitchens operated in different parts of the country.

Audits - Pind Balluchi will ensure timely Operation & Quality Audits of all the outlets to maintain not only the legacy but also standards of the brand.
